MHD2D is a door- to-door delivery service by MASkargo. Customers can get an instant rate quotation, book and pay for the service online via this portal, All bookings include pick-up service from our partner with no additional charges, for selected routings. Alternatively, you can also opt-in for a drop-off, when it is also applicable. A consignment note will be generated once booking is made. Kindly print it out, attach to your parcel and our partner will pick up your parcel at your chosen date slot or you can simply drop it off at more than 400++ drop-off points available.

Currently, MHD2D only serves a nationwide coverage from and to anywhere within Malaysia (certain restrictions apply – click HERE for more info). We have yet to deliver to international destinations, however we are working to improve and widen our coverage.
  • You can book today and request for pick-up or do your own drop-off within the next 3 days. If you can only have the pick-up or do your drop-off in the following week, kindly wait until next week and 3 days before to do the booking.
  • Your parcels will be delivered within the following days upon pick-up or drop-off.
Yes, you will need to pack your own products as we do not provide any packaging.

  • The parcel’s weight will be determined by either the actual weight or the volumetric weight – whichever is higher.
  • Volumetric weight in kilograms is calculated as follows:

    (LENGTH in cm x WIDTH in cm x HEIGHT in cm)
Collection and Delivery
  • We will reweigh and measure your parcel once it has arrived at the sorting and processing centre. It is important to be as accurate as possible during booking. We strongly advise that your items are readily packed and accurately weighed before placing a booking.
  • Should there be an additional weight variance, it may result in additional charges.
Yes, we can pick up your parcel at your doorstep! However, some guidelines/restrictions may apply, click HERE for more info.
Yes, you may also choose to drop-off your parcel at our service points. Click HERE for the service point locations.
Unfortunately, we will not bring any pre-printed labels, documents, nor a portable printer during pick-up. Our service points also will not print any labels for you. Do ensure that you have access to a printer and have your parcel ready for pick-up/drop-off.
If we could not take the shipment, it could be because it contains a prohibited item or did not have the necessary paperwork ready, or it has exceeded the maximum dimensions or weight.

Unfortunately, customers are unable to redeem Enrich Points at the moment. Customers can only collect Enrich Points.
All shipments are insured with a basic standard insurance, however you may opt for our Shipment Value Protection (SVP) as an additional protection upon booking. The SVP is optional and offer higher liability limit than the MHD2D standard liability. Charges for SVP will be calculated as 2.5% of declared shipment value.
